Members always take away information that they that can be applied on the job in the following weeks! In additional our LifeBoat group meetings provide opportunities for the all-important professional networking. If you have a vexing problem, share with like-minded security professionals. They may have already successfully developed a way forward to resolve it.

Everyone is invited to the next FREE meetup of our Information Systems Security Association Northern Virginia chapter (ISSA NoVa) Risk Management Framework (RMF) LifeBoat. ISSA NoVa membership is suggested for professional growth, but it is not required to participate in the meetup. However, we now ask everyone at all of our meetings to comply with one requirement since non-releaseable information may unintentionally be shared during our discussions:

No Pictures or Recordings Please

While the meetup’s founding purpose was to discuss various implementations of the RMF guidelines, we are member focused. The meetup provides the opportunity for members to investigate any cyber security topic and present back their findings to engage in lively discussions with the membership.
